The Licence 3 International Management has risen to the 16th place in the Eduniversal 2025 ranking in International Management.
Objectives of the training
The aim of the Licence 3 International Management is to gain a deeper understanding of the major functions of business, to master its main techniques and to develop critical management thinking.
It also helps to develop students ' ability to operate in a multicultural environment and to perfect their language skills (English, other modern foreign languages or French as a foreign language).
The limited number of 25 to 30 students from different cultural backgrounds enables interaction between the students and the permanent teaching staff, which is made up of academics specialising in the disciplines taught and experienced professionals.
Target skills
Generic skills: relating to the acquisition of autonomy and method in academic work, the ability to analyse and synthesise, written and oral expression skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to speak a second foreign language, computer and office skills, etc.
Pre-professional skills: knowledge of the socio-economic sector and the international business context, personal and professional project, contextualisation of acquired knowledge. Specific skills in management, quantitative methods, marketing, management control and human resources management.

Students graduating with a Bachelor's degree can attempt to enter the international job market or have several options for continuing their studies if they wish to become senior managers:

The international dimension is ensured by intensive use of English, the practice of a second modern language and compulsory international mobility for French students, as part of the ERASMUS+ European exchange programmes or partnerships with universities outside Europe.
How to apply
Prerequisites :
120 ECTS credits in Economics and Management or Management, other Licences, BTS, BUT GEA/FC and TC.
IAE-Message score.
Internship recommended before Licence 3.
